Green Fair

The GREEN FAIR will be held on on Saturday 4 April in the heart of Port Augusta at the cultural precinct and will feature:

  • Green Power Expo - a one stop shop for reducing your power bills with renewables, discovering what projects are proposed in the region, industry education and training opportunities, and more! The expo will feature exhibitions and stalls from innovative SA businesses showcasing a range of green products and services
  • See the amazing display of electric vehicles, including:
    • Northpoint Toyota- Toyota Hybrid Cavalcade – 5 of the latest hybrid vehicles and road train truck on a national tour
    • Tesla Club of South Australia- Bringing 5 x Tesla vehicles
    • CBR Cycle Garage- Electric scooters (possibly electric bikes)
    • ACE- EV- Adelaide manufactured electric van
  • Sustainability Market featuring artists, designers, and small businesses who make and create eco-friendly and sustainable products and gifts. From plant-sellers to recycled fashions, there will be something for everyone!
  • A packed entertainment schedule, with live music from the Port Augusta Music Club, Desert Voices, and Gabrielle Ballard
  • Performances by the Dusty Feet Mob, Ignite Cheer and Dance and the Combined Schools Choir
  • Kids activities, including interactive science and a range of entertainment options sure to keep the kids occupied:
    • Free Solar Tuk Tuk rides around the block
    • Mechanical Surfboard ride
